VASTIQTRADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VastiqTrade website, platform, managed trading services, automated trading technology, and related services.

By creating an account or using VastiqTrade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering for an account or using any VastiqTrade service, you agree to comply with these Terms and any specific terms applicable to the service you select.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the applicable VastiqTrade services in your country or jurisdiction.

4. Managed Trading Accounts

VastiqTrade may provide managed trading accounts where trading activity is managed by an experienced trader or trading professional. However, trading involves financial risk, but with VastiqTrade managed trading accounts trading risk can be managed increasing your chances of making profits, and preserving your capital.

5. VastiqTrade Trading Robot

VastiqTrade may use automated trading technology, including the VastiqTrade Trading Robot, to analyze market conditions and execute trading strategies according to programmed parameters.

6. Trading Risk

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk. The value of trading accounts and financial instruments may rise or fall, and you may lose some or all of the capital allocated to trading.

7. Performance Commission

Where applicable to a managed trading account, VastiqTrade charges a 20% performance commission on eligible trading profits generated through the managed trading service.

8. Deposits

Customers are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made through supported payment methods and that transaction information is accurate. Once capital has been deposited or invested through VastiqTrade, the invested capital is non-refundable.

9. Withdrawals

Customers may request withdrawal of funds that are eligible for withdrawal under the applicable account terms and withdrawal procedures.

10. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their VastiqTrade account or managed trading service through the official support channels. Cancellation does not automatically cancel any outstanding financial obligation.

11. Refund Policy

Upon commencement of any VastiqTrade investment or trading service, committed capital shall, except where legally required otherwise, be deemed non-restitutable and not subject to reversal arising from cancellation, market fluctuations, trading outcomes, or customer discretion.

12. Prohibited Activities

You may not use VastiqTrade to engage in unlawful activities, provide false or misleading information, use another person's account without authorization, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

The VastiqTrade name, logo, website design, software, platform content, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to VastiqTrade.

14. Third-Party Services

VastiqTrade may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, technology, verification, communication, trading infrastructure, or other services.

15. Platform Availability

VastiqTrade aims to maintain reliable platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

16. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VastiqTrade shall not be responsible for losses arising from third-party failures, unauthorized access resulting from the customer's failure to secure their account, or circumstances beyond VastiqTrade's reasonable control.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected through your use of VastiqTrade is handled in accordance with the VastiqTrade Privacy Policy.

18. Suspension or Termination

VastiqTrade may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to violation of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, security concerns, or legal requirements.

19. Changes to These Terms

VastiqTrade may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

20. Disputes

Customers should first contact VastiqTrade through the official support channels regarding any dispute concerning these Terms or VastiqTrade services.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the VastiqTrade entity providing the relevant service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any specific account or service agreement provided to you, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable VastiqTrade services.
